لیست کامل نامزد‌های این مراسم در‌حالی اعلام شده که بازی‌های Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, و Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus با 4 نامزدی در بخش‌های مخلتف پیشتاز بودند. این 3 بازی در کنار بازی‌های Assassin’s Creed Origins و Super Mario Odyssey نامزد عنوان بهترین بازی مراسم شدند.

در بین ناشران بازی، Ubisoft با 14 نامزدی پیشتاز بود در حالی که در بین پتلفرم ها PC و PS4 با 49 نامزدی پیشتاز بودند و Xbox One با 44 و Nintendo Switch با 17 نامزدی در رده های بعدی قرار داشتند.
